STEAM Materials Creation Competition for University Students in Nepal


The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology of Nepal is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for university students: a competition focused on the creation of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning materials. This initiative forms a crucial part of the ministry's annual program for the year 2080/081, aimed at enriching educational resources for secondary school students in classes 5-10.



Competition Overview and Participation:

- Phase One: University student groups are invited to submit applications showcasing their innovative concepts for STEAM learning materials.

- Phase Two: Selected groups will advance to the development stage, where they will bring their proposed materials to life over a four-month period.

- Funding and Assistance: Groups progressing to Phase Two will receive financial support following the 'Procedures for Conducting University Level Competitive Programs, 2080'.

- Application Process: Interested students should submit their applications within thirty days from the publication date of this notice. Submissions can be made physically at the Ministry's office in Singh Durbar, Kathmandu, or via email to innovation@moest.gov.np, adhering to the specified format and including all necessary documentation.


Deadline and Requirements:

It is imperative to submit complete applications before the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered for review.
