Applications for NOCs submitted after December 8 were lost because of a server issue - Students need to reapply for NOC

Nepalese students aiming to study abroad hit a big problem. The office handling study permits lost a lot of data on December 14th. This especially affected students who applied for No Objection Certificates (NOCs) after December 8th.

Shantiram Poudel, who heads the office, shared the upsetting news about the server crash. They managed to get most of the data back before the crash, but the newer applications are still lost in the digital mess.

Poudel promised they're working hard to find and recover the lost data. Unfortunately, affected students will need to reapply for their NOCs. Poudel assured that once they recover the data, they'll process the NOCs using the physical documents students submitted.

This unexpected problem has caused delays and uncertainties for students planning to study abroad. It's a tough time, and the office asks for patience and cooperation from the affected students. They encourage everyone to stay positive and work together through the reapplication process.
