Step by Step Guide For Eligibility and NOC (No Objection Certificate) for Nepali Medical Student Appeared in NEET
Points to be Considered While Taking Eligibility and NOC
1. You can get the eligibility on the basis of both CEE Score and NEET Score But personally I would recommend if you've passed CEE then get Eligibility and NOC on the basis of CEE Score.
2. You should not be enrolled in any kind of scholarship program/Course in Nepal.
3. Before You're applying for eligibility and NOC, firstly get Bonafide Certificate and Admission letter and college/university Invoice (Required for NOC) from your respective college.
4. You've to get the eligibility first before you apply for NOC.
5. You should take both eligibility and NOC on the basis of either CEE Score or NEET score (don't use different Score card)
STEPS TO TAKE ELIGIBILTY
Documents Required
1. Scan copy of PP Size recent photo
2. Scan copy of Citizenship and Passport
3. Scan copy of Migration Certificate and 12th Transcript
4. Scan copy of Either CEE or NEET Score card
3. Scan copy of Offer Letter (Given by Indian Embassy), Bonafide Certificate and Admission Letter.
Once you've got all these mentioned documents Now you can apply for eligibility
Steps to apply for Eligibility
1. Click on this link (https://eligibility.mec.gov.np/onl/Register) to register in eligibility portal and fill up all the asked details and proceed to login page
2. Enter your registered Email ID and password and click on the login Button
3. You'll see a hamburger menu on top right corner. click on it and then go to profile section.
4. Fill all the required details and upload asked scan copy of document in profile section.
5. Then head to payment section
For payment you've to visit your nearby Himalayan bank and ask for MEC voucher and tick on eligibility option and pay 3000 and upload scan copy of voucher.
6. Move on to Eligibility Section and then click on add new and select undergraduate level and select entrance conducted by either CEE or NEET ( CEE recommended if you've passed else select NEET option)
7. Fill all the required information and upload all the required documents (in offer letter section upload offer letter, Bonafide Certificate and Admission letter) and Request for eligibility.
8. After 7 working days, you or your friends or relatives could visit eligibility office and just tell to verify eligibility request.
9. Once they'll verify then you'll get the email to view/edit eligibility after your confirmation then you can download/print your eligibility certificate.
Once you've got the eligibility now you can head to apply for NOC
STEPS TO TAKE NOC
Documents Required
1. Scan copy of Citizenship and Passport
2. Scan copy of PP size recent photo
3. Scan copy of 12th Transcript/Marksheet
4. Scan copy of eligibility Certificate
5. Scan copy of offer letter given by Embassy
6. Scan copy of Bonafide Certificate and college invoice (payment receipt)
Steps to apply for NOC
1.Click on this link ( https://noc.moest.gov.np/) and get registered using active Nepali number.
2. Then enter into NOC portal using login number and password
3. Click on hamburger menu and go to apply new NOC portal
4. Fill up all the require information and upload all the required documents accordingly
5. As a supporting document upload Bonafide certificate
After submitting the application, download the application form and visit NOC office personally for the verification process. Once its verified you can pay Rs 2000 using your application ID no. through Esewa portal. Once payment is done then your NOC will get approved within hours or a day after which you can download your NOC Certificate and print it.
Remember while visiting NOC office, carry downloaded NOC form ,citizenship and scan copy of class 12th transcript along with you.
